What do you mean they forgot to update it? I'm still waiting for my NOA2 as well? Did you call them? What did they say.

When we tried to follow our case on USCIS app and web, said error for two months. my fiancé called USCIS almost every weeks but they always said different things.

I have a cousin who got a RFE in June because his fiance G325A is not the current version. All we have to do is submit the current version and he got approved 14 days later. It's best to wait till you get the RFE.

Thank you for mentioning this. I just went through the whole packet and you are right we filled out the G325 not the G325A so I am hoping that's all it is. Thank you for your cousins experience.

Sure I will. Please let me know as well. I checked on VJ timeline that shows there are 2 out of 4 cases around mine were approved. I hope it will be us soon, at least hope we can get it within 70 days not any longer. Pray pray pray...

Just thought I'd let everyone know we received a letter and email today with our NVC Case Number and a notice that our application was sent to the Embassy in London today.

That's great!! Congrats!.... So, after your received your NOA2, what you did? Nothing? Next step is just wait for NVC number and the package to be send to Consulate?

I just called NVC. I was told our package just arrived and case number was given. It took 8 working days. I'm so happy. I wish all of us the best . So what next.
