Good morning everyone!! It looks like many more got approved!! I'm excited to see that people around my NOA1 as already been approved!... But sincerely it is kind of fristrating seen people one or two days after you that has been approved aaaand I am also happy for you!! Yay!!!????...

Thasha! We are all connected with all this kind of feelings ups and downs!, once we get our NOA2 everything is gonna be easier I think this is the hardest part!... You will love the US! I personally can say that people there (in California where I used to go more) is very warm, friendly, fun, grateful and respectful. Since we are in this journy trying to get our k1 I can't go anymore :( ... But its for a good reason :) I am happy that me and fiance are close so we can see each other once or twice in a month at least for a day and that makes the waitting time better.

I sincerely hope we all spend our Christmas night with our beloved ones.

One last thing... I also have USCISapp and I see the little bell if you click on the right side, it only says "bulletin visa" and you can choose ON or OFF, mine is ON but I dont get any alerts, so if any of you do please let me know if you see any NOA2 approved from Mexico ☺️.

Hello guys...Another day again. please I have a question for the house. My father in law to be is the one filling the Form I-134(Affidavit of support) since my fiancée makes less income. what other documents does he need to present or make available. Will the consulate really accept the fact that he is the one filling out the form instead of my fiancée. You guys have been truly wonderful. Cheers to everyone.

This seems to be more than enough of what people send:

  • I-134 signed and notarized.
  • SIMPLE Tax transcripts from the IRS for past 3 years, (Redundant for the (1040,W2,1099) but are free from the IRS http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq1-6.html
  • Photo copy of IRS form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years (Not necessary if you provide the transcripts)
  • Letter from my employer stating annual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead.
  • Photo copies of past month or so of pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.

I have the same issue! I have been trying to figure it out but I remember reading somewhere that the app doesn't work so well on iPhones which is what I am using :( If anyone has figured out the problem please let us know!

And congrats of course to all the new approvals! So exciting to see a July filer approved as well :dancing:

My settings are:

Only matching mine

Only from my country

+- 3 Days

I get notifications daily on weekdays at 10:30 pm, there was a recent bug fix in the app, you may wish to delete and reinstall the app

Thanks, I have tried that 5X lol. Maybe it's because I have an iPhone, and like everyone else is saying it doesn't work too well on iPhone.
