Here are the June 20th cases that were approved.

This are June 16th cases not 20th. I check the USCIS website and all those cases were from June 16th. However, there is an approval for June 20th on the Igor's list. I am hopeful they are going thru them quickly. :dancing:

I'm worried because it's been two months and haven't received my NOA2

Its been almost 3 months for me. So don't stress it so much. I'm sure there are others even longer than both of us. Hang in there. It will come :goofy:

Unfortunately some could take 3 months but the good news is, according to your timeline it should be adjudicated between August 25 - 28th so you're almost there. Think positive!! :) :) :)

It's worth noting the USCIS "target" is to complete in 5 months.

They could take 1/2 months to complete it or they could take 7 months if they needed to.

It will come though. Be patient and stay positive! :)

Good luck to people waiting on approvals!

People that have received NOA2's: Have you received your paper-based copy of the NOA2 in the mail yet? (I-797)

Or has anyone had their case received by the NVC yet?

I-129F Sent : 2016-06-06
I-129F NOA1 : 2016-06-08
I-129F NOA2 : 2016-08-10
paper NOA2: 2016-08-15
no e-mails except the initial noa1; heard that's expected.

Yes it says June 16th, this is the received date. But the NOA1 date is June 20th. That's where the confusion comes in. I filed June 14 the received it June 16 and NOA1 June 20. My case number is right between 2 that got approved.

Hello all. Do you guys know if the vj estimate adjudicated dates are accurate?

Mine should have been a week ago according to VJ, but still no NOA2. Its an average. Some shorter, some longer. Just depends on how lucky you are

i hope you will get it as soon as possible, it is just so stupid that they dont even touch the file for 3 months. if they are understaffed they should hire and train people. i dont understand. it is like third world country. it should not take 5 months to touch a file.
