I don't think you have anything to worry about with the Facebook inclusions. We had random screenshots of chatting in private Facebook messages to each other, as well as a screenshot of when we became "friends" in 2013, "in a relationship" in 2015, and "engaged" in 2016. We screenshotted the FB engagement announcement and included some of the comments under it from friends and family happy for us to show its obviously not a secret relationship or a fake profile. Couple random statuses from the time frame since we've been dating and tagging each other, and of course, our printed photos (not from FB) of us together with dates, names and places. And flight stubs with the corresponding passport stamps.

It sounds like you've put together a good package. I doubt you have anything to stress about other than having to wait, and that's bad enough as it is! Lol.

Oh and by the sounds of it your NOA1 is probably June 15th instead of the 9th for your timeline here, but where you didn't get a physical notice I'd just leave it where it is. USCIS seems to go by received date anyway, from what you see when you log into the case status website :)

Thank you! That relieved me. (F)

I am really happy now.

Thank you for the insightful ideas on screenshots of FB relationship status and people's comments. That will be good to have for my fiancé during the interview. We didn't send that with our petition but we were very thorough with the photos and time stamps. ( actually I wrote it on each picture) and ticket stubs of us traveling together

Thank you! That relieved me. (F)

I am really happy now.

Glad I could help! Good luck to us all :)

Good luck to people waiting on approvals!

People that have received NOA2's: Have you received your paper-based copy of the NOA2 in the mail yet? (I-797)

Or has anyone had their case received by the NVC yet?

I have noticed that people are getting their notifications late at night for their NOA2. Does the USCIS only send the notification when the working day is over or do they send them during the day also? (If anyone knows). Also cases that are around mine (June 20) are getting approved or RFE. There is about 5 cases. So that just goes to show they work how they want to, with out rhythm or reason.

Good luck to all hoping for approvals for all of us soon.

I think they bring lots of applications each month and getting to each table, some employees are working fast, some slow that's why is not really observing the month date, also the online info late at night, it's not probably employees job but the data base computer geeks, even it could be the private company and they work after they receive the approvals and rfe from uscis, private company, computer geeks easy work at night

It's my guess, not sure

It's been proven about 100 times on many forums that you will not get an RFE for not sending chat logs.

Nothing on the USCIS website or any other reputable websites say you need to send/show chat logs.

I got NOA2 last week - we didn't send chat logs. And we didn't get any RFE's. Just photos of us together and airline tickets.

As a personal experience... I hired a lawyer and He told me about a case that took too much time to get approved (also for k1 visa), and they got approved until they sent photos when the coupñe got engaged, and receipt of the engagement ring, even when She was pregnant.

I believe that this is random. I would say that its better to take precautions and be prepared so they dont have any reason to send you a RFC.

Congratulations to all who got approved today!!
