Excited to see that some filers are getting their noa2 that filed a week before me.. who else from Canada filed beginning of june...Ryan is wondering about Montreal and if he needs to have his medical there or if they have docs in Alberta that will be sufficient. Doc list he found will be obsolete in sept.

Hello fellow Canadian filer (or your fiancé, whichever!) :)

I see what you mean about the list of panel physicians - I hadn't actually noticed that myself that the current Montreal packet 4's list says valid until Sept 30/2016!! I'm going to assume for now this is like all the other government forms and that it will stay current until they make a new one... You could always call the Montreal consulate and ask? Probably the only way to get a real answer on that.

Looks like the June Filers are well underway, the percentages on Igor's list are starting to climb - I am a June filer but can see that the USCIS has really picked up the pace !

I know it's nearly impossible, but try not to feel stressed yet. There's still people in the cases following mine without approvals from May 31st:

It'll come! Maybe tomorrow will be your day :)

Hey June Filers!

May filer here. I consider myself lucky having been approved. You guys should consider yourself SUPER lucky as there are still may early, mid & late filer who's petition hasn't been touched. Your approvals are right around the corner as USCIS is approaching the end of their fiscal year in September.

Good luck everyone!

NOA1 May 12

RFE July 26

NOA2 August 10.

I feel you. I went over our whole package probably 15 times since we sent it and tried to look at it from the point of view of the most particular, skeptical officer I could. I found two potential teensy mismatches that could result in an RFE so I had the paperwork ready to roll for those incase it did happen. An RFE isn't the end of the world, and at least they're processing them quickly once they receive the evidence!

Can you think of anything that could net you one? Ours were: my fiancé's birth certificate didn't have a back so we didn't send a blank piece of paper showing the back. There's alot of debate about this but it didn't get us an RFE. And our second; his town of birth on the G325A and the place of birth on his birth certificate were different. It's actually the same place, so when you Google the particular town from his G325A it shows the "township" that's listed on his birth certificate, but to a quick glance it would look like an error. Didn't get an RFE for this either so maybe they searched it up! Lol.

I'm sure you'll be alright, and any RFE you may get, you've got an awesome resource for help here in this site :)

Yes we sent facebook photo sharings without typing our names on it but we had 5 photo that has name date and place behind it and we put another section for ongoing relationship and bonefide relationship and added for example his mothers sharings about he is coming over here etc.

Facebook chats and facebook photos. This might be a problem. That's what i afraid mostly. I wish we didnt add those things because people get approve with a couple photo that's all. I think we did it wrong.

We sent tickets that where we went together, it had english translate on the ticket but they might be like no we want moooreee translate. :D

We didnt sent birth certificate we sent pasaport photocopy, but i dont think it will be a problem because in instructions it says you can do it.

We got the e-mail at 15th june about sending it to CSC. Maybe that date put on the desk at 15th june. We never got our noa1, we did a online request but they didnt send it again. So i dont know our noa1 date, it says june 9th at uscis.

Or they just looked our file and thought omg so thick file maybe i will deal with it later and put it all behind everything :D

I don't think you have anything to worry about with the Facebook inclusions. We had random screenshots of chatting in private Facebook messages to each other, as well as a screenshot of when we became "friends" in 2013, "in a relationship" in 2015, and "engaged" in 2016. We screenshotted the FB engagement announcement and included some of the comments under it from friends and family happy for us to show its obviously not a secret relationship or a fake profile. Couple random statuses from the time frame since we've been dating and tagging each other, and of course, our printed photos (not from FB) of us together with dates, names and places. And flight stubs with the corresponding passport stamps.

It sounds like you've put together a good package. I doubt you have anything to stress about other than having to wait, and that's bad enough as it is! Lol.

Oh and by the sounds of it your NOA1 is probably June 15th instead of the 9th for your timeline here, but where you didn't get a physical notice I'd just leave it where it is. USCIS seems to go by received date anyway, from what you see when you log into the case status website :)

Thank you for the insightful ideas on screenshots of FB relationship status and people's comments. That will be good to have for my fiancé during the interview. We didn't send that with our petition but we were very thorough with the photos and time stamps. ( actually I wrote it on each picture) and ticket stubs of us traveling together

Lockbox received- June 24
Noa#1- June 29

Noa#2 August 18 ( 50 days )

NVC case# - September 1

left NVC - September 6

consulate received- September 8
