I went through their threads and spoke to a few of them. They haven't received anything yet. It seems they're still finishing up on May approvals.

Got it,

I just had a look at the estimate charts and it seems that NOA2'S are taking roughly 76 days on average, i think it is best to focus on day to day for us - we live together so it's not like we are separated between 2 countries, still, it is nail biting at times lol. One would think that June Filers shuld be posting NOA2's from around mid month of August.

Per igor's list 4 june filers are approved through uscis, its started

Thanks, where can i find Igors List ?

Aren't they technically May filers since they submitted in May? They got NOA1 in June.

I reeeeeally hope they start plowing through June! People optimistically say July and August should be fast but I try not to remember that. ;P

It's looking like there was a back log between april may from the charts and that the approvals by CSC had slowed down, someone on here mentioned about clearing a back log, it also shows a pattern of NOA2's being released in a period of 2 days, meaning the July filers could see NOA2's mid september or RFE'S at least.

You could argue that yes,but sending is not really valid until it arrives the way I see it. They can't act on it if they don't have it. If I drop a I-129f in the mailbox at 11:59 on the 31st of May, am I a May or June filer?

I am Guessing that most people would go off their dates on the NOA1

June has only had a handful of approvals so far; we're just getting started. Hang in there!

As above, should be the next few weeks hopefully.

I'd like to think early June filers (1st-10th) will certainly be approved/received RFE's by the end of August!
