Thanks Rick.

I guess I should have also mentioned she doesn't have an interview for the green card.  It looks like most of those adjusting from K-1, are not having to interview.

I agree. I think they realize people are already subjected to interviews before getting the visa so kinda redundant to repeat. But they may request one for removal of condition to make sure the relationship is still ongoing. Thanks

Hello June fillers it's been a while since my last post here. It hasn't been that easy for us to get our visa. First time My medical wasn't approved because they thought I might have TB and had to wait 60 days for results. Luckly it was nothing and got medical approved and my interview a month later. Then at the interview for some reason an officer tonight that I lived in the US for a year before filling the papers for k1 visa because I went to visit my fiancé many times during that year, so I was under administrative process and had to send documents proving my stay and life in Mexico. That was the easy part because I had many to prove it. Now during this time waiting the final decision  (they give you 60 more days for results) my medical expired :(  and sent me a letter asking for the medical. Now I have to go back to the city where everything needs to be done and take the medical again.

my question is, do I have to wait again 60 days for the TB results like the first time?. Long time ago I had a cought for many weeks, and when that happens your laughs had some kind of damage, nothing to worry about, but on x-rays looks like the TB, that's why I had to take the TB exam that takes 60 days for results the first time, but I don't know if I have to do all again and wait 60 days :(

We are having a hard time because we had to pospone our wedding plans for the 2nd time. We are so sad with this, but are very excited that we hopefully gonna live together forever, sooner or later :)

Greetings everybody, I just got approved for my n-400 about three months ago and now I am a citizen.  I am now starting the k-1 process to bring my girlfriend from peru over.  On the packet I sent three days ago, I somehow forgot to include the copies of my income for the form I-134.  Can someone help me with this topic? What should I do? What can I do?

The I-134 is not needed for the I-129F. Your fiance will take it to the consulate for her interview.

I thought so. Along with the i129 I sent g325a with passport photos, i134, naturalization certificate, and proof of relationship. (pictures, etc. ). Was all that needed as well?
