Dorothy I am so happy for you, in the Philippines they did not ask Yuni for the 134 or Tax Records, I hope you are lucky in that too. Best of luck in your interview I am sure you will nail it!

Anyone from June still waiting on their NAO2 ?

Have you tried calling USCIS? if it has been more than 5 months they should be able to give you more information over the phone by now. Good luck!

Hello everyone sorry I didn't update yet. But it has been a crazy few weeks. My fiancé now husband went through Fort Lauderdale for his POE he said it took about 45 minutes and was very easy. No troubles at all. He said they were very organized.

Interview October 31st

visa in hand November 4th

POE November 13th

Married November 23rd

My next question is how long do we have before we have to do the AOS?

I-129F sent- June 15

Lockbox received- June 16

Noa1- June 20

RFE- August 23

NOA2- September 1

NVC received- September 13

Case #- September 13

Hi Dorothy same here my fiancee in the Philippines had his interviewed last Nov 23, consul did not asked about affidavit of support. Goodluck!

Had my interview. She gave me 221(g) missing documents. She told me that send missing documents to us with your passport.

I checked ceac it shows as AP.

I will send affidavit of support ASAP.

He had arrasted 10 years ago for possesing weed. And 5 years ago someone told goverment to make him stay away from that person. I dont know what to call that. I didnt know that but probably it is his exgirlfriend. He told me she was abusing him. Beat him. At last he left her without taking anything in the house not even clothes. And then she pull all the money he saved up in the bank and probably told goverment that "make this person stay away from me" so he can not have his stuff and he can not talk with her about the money she stole.

We got our visa status changed to ready on the 2nd of Dec to issued on the 6th. Tracking is predicting that he will get it by the 13th.hoping he will be flying in by the 14th.cant wait!
