Good Day! Just want to know what happened to all the June filers of I 129K . Mine was received June 27 at USCIS office in California. Approved I 129k Aug 26, 2016. To make the story short my fiancee already had his interview last Nov.23,2016, everything went well except that i dont have my cenomar, i taught that since im a naturalized US Citizen i dont need one. But after the interview my fiancee fill up a form given at the releasing to get my cenomar at Pasay NSO US embassy will be the one to pick it up. How long i dont know. Just be patient i guess. Any updates from any of you?

Give yourself atleast another 2 weeks of waiting time. The embassy will pick up the cenomar every friday, so i guess yours went through the same week with his interview. Mine did not because they cannot produced cenomar within 24hrs.

Oct. 13 - interview. & request of cenomar

Oct. 21 - picked up by embassy @ Pasay

Oct. 21 to Nov. 1 - status AP (2days holiday)

Nov 2 - status into READY

Nov 3 - status ISSUED

Nov 7 - Visa on hand. (Cebu)

Nov 14 - Arrival in US

Hi everyone! I have a question: My interview was on Nov. 21st and got approved. I was told to get my passport within 2 weeks, case status changed to "ready" last night but just now it changed back to AP again... Has any of you guys been though this kind of situation? I am worried.Thank you for any reply.

The same thing happened with my fiance's application in Brazil. It went from Ready to Administrative Processing then to Issued. Her interview was Nov 22nd, it showed Ready until Nov. 24, when it changed to AP, then on Nov 25 is changed to Issued. The Passports/visas then showed a tracking number on Nov 28, but the postal service indicated they didn't receive the package until Nov. 29. We are waiting for them to arrive now. I'm guessing the process for you will be the same up to the point of being handed over to the shipper, then I'm not sure.

Visa delivered via Sedex (Brazilian postal service express mail)!

So, tracking number showed up on usvisa-info site on 11/28, showed up on the Brazilian mail tracking system on 11/29. Was delivered 12/1.

I'm so happy I can't express it with words.

Hello everybody, i am gonna get the interview on 5th december. We are missing sponsor papers, i asked to the consulate they said if you want to reschedule your interview there should be empty days on CSC if not then you can't reschedule. We recommend you to join your interview and send your missing papers later to our office.

So i am stressed. We couldnt get the tax return in time, my fiancee ordered it 1 month ago maybe more, i just arrived. So i hope it wont be a problem. He is gonna send it to me.

3 days left i am so excited i hope everything will go smoothly and they will be understanding about our situtation.

Congratz who got their visa and a lot of patient to people who waits for AP. I am sure it is so annoying and i will be on the same train with you guys because of missing paper.

And i got the medical exam, it went smooth but overly priced. :D i paid 1100 tl.

my fiancee can't come here again, if he wants to do it he will get fired. So i miss him so much. Good luck to everybody.

Dorothy I am so happy for you, in the Philippines they did not ask Yuni for the 134 or Tax Records, I hope you are lucky in that too. Best of luck in your interview I am sure you will nail it!
