Hi,

Please what is packet3 in The I-129F process.

Who send it?

it's the packet that the beneficiary receives from the consulate in the country the interview will happen. its a list of documents that you will need to take to the interview. therefore, the beneficiary only receives it when NVC already sent out the approved file and the consulate has it.

Which app are you using? "Case Tracker" or "USCISApp"?

You can do this through the "Case Tracker" app. You just go to "search" and type in YOUR case number under "start receipt" and "500" under "count".

I saw 1 case on the app approved from may 5. All others were end of April still.
