That was seriously short notice they gave you for your first interview, I hope that happens to me too. I'm gonna get her to call the NVC today in the hopes we can get our number from them.

I was lucky enough to spend last Christmas over there too, so fingers crossed I'll get my interview date early November. What part are you going to be living in?

Also i didn't have any vaccination record and all I got was tetanus and MMR. He also asked had I had chickenpox. I had it before so no injection needed.

We will live in Utah and I'll attend the university of Utah for business and marketing.

Remember they won't give you an interview date until you have your medical results in your hand. If you show up for interview without them they will cancel on you. I checked again and there is space on the 1st of November I'm sure if you get your medical done on the 19th you will be well able for that date on the 1st of November. Fingers crossed.

Help! Canadian filers!

Just got a letter from Montreal dated September 16th with a copy of approved I-129F.

Cover letter requested proof of Canadian Citizenship and provided a link which would not work. I e-mailed my response to the e-mail address for Immigrant Visas on their website with a copy of my Passport Bio Page and front and back of my Citizenship Certificate.

I got an acknowledgement e-mail stating the 8 week thing.

I AM FREAKING OUT!

My status still shows ready on CEAC. ARRRGGGGHHHH!

The I-129F never asked for proof of citizenship, I triple checked everything before I sent it.

I had my medical on the 19th and my Interview is booked for October 26th.

Someone please offer me some words of wisdom! Do I cancel my appointment? Will it really take 8 weeks?

I also read some hand written notes on my copy of application that have me worried.

Said the Petitioners divorce date and noted "rapid turn of events" and Beneficiary has "inadmissibility issues". I am the beneficiary and I tried to enter the states a year ago for an extended visit (up to the six months allowed), but had just sold my house. A lawyer advised me "not to let on" about it so I panicked and lied, I ended up coming clean but I was crying hysterically. There isn't a day gone by that I don't ask myself what the hell I was thinking.

Please, please, please help with any advice you can give.

That'd be unreal if I could get it that early, we she called the NVC today but no luck. We haven't even received the hard copy of the NOA2 yet so still early. How long were you waiting between receiving your approval and the embassy sending out your packet 3?

Utah is a place I'd like to go, going to college there would be class altogether.

It took 11days for the NVC to receive it from uscis, it left the NVC for Dublin three days later and the embassy received it within 7 days and sent my fiancee the packed 3 the same day by email. There was a US public holiday so I'm sure that held it up slightly. I've looked over most of the Irish K1 timelines and they're all pretty similar to my timeline.

I just sent an email to NVC to report the clinic medical center of Abidan. The doctor have asked to my fiancé to naked herself before to make the check up. He open her legs and viewed her private.

The guy for chest x-Ray forced her to stay only with her underwear to go through the process. And at this end he made indecent proposal to her.

I swear God I won't miss these doctors. It was just sexual harassment and porn activities.

I will report them on Monday at the embassy.

Non sense doctors.

They will feel my anger.

Jesus Christ is Lord.

It's totally fine that you called the NVC. They're telling everyone to give up to 6 weeks but it's usually there in 2 weeks. Give a call again after that.

hello guys i been worrying about this for a couple of days now.

My story is like this i am an illigetimate child so in my birth i am nkt recognize by my father so i should not have my middle name, instead im using my mothers middle name as my middle name and my mother surname as my surname as well. So all my documents has my middle name. When i applied for a passport the dfa did not let me include my middle name for the reason thag i am an illigetimate a renewed my passport still they dont wanna include my middle name since thats the law.

Right now we are only waiting for our Manila case number but this makes me worry a lot. My birth does have my middle name and so the other documents. EXCEPT the passport.

im worried if this might can cause a denial for our k1 or delays... please dear friends who have expereince this enlighten me advice is badly needed :(

Well its not like you have a different middle name on your passport its just that there is no middle name there. If its because of the law, embassy is aware about those rules. Im not a lawyer but this doesnt seem to be a reason for denial. It could be in case they wouldnt be able to do your biometrics for example which again i dont think would be a problem. I cant help much beside giving my feeling about it, i really dont think you should worry about it ;)

so the absense of my middle name in my passport while i have it in my birth seems nothing to worry about? im worried if they will still ask me to correct my birth or my passport and gives a year of delay when doing that. The peepz been telling me that it should be in accurate i mean all the docs requirent should have the same infos with it. just freaking worries me :(
