Hello VJ.

What if you enter united state a month before your two years wedding anniversary, they will consider that to give you 10 years green card? Or they still give you 2 year conditional green card?

You must enter the US AFTER your 2 year anniversary in order to get the 10 year GC, anything prior to that and it will be 2 year conditional

If it's only 1 month to your 2nd anniversary, it's better to postpone the travel to may be 1 day after the 2nd anniversary so that you get a 10 year GC. If you look into the ROC process, its timeline and RFEs in this forum, 1 month wait is definitely worth not to go thru that process.
