Nothing yet from AOS missed appointment..Good news?

So I posted that not only was I not there to attend the appointment with my husband but he also missed the appointment but went the day after and did an InfoPass. At that time they had him write a letter explaining the missed appointment and they told him he would get another appointment after 45 days. That was May 12th. I was expecting a denial letter of some sort but as of yet, we have not received anything. I am hoping this is a blessing in disguise. I am home in just 23 days so I am hoping to make the appointment this time:)
