Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

The safest route is to wait until you have the AP card in your hands.

What's the emergency?

Right! I even haven't laid a egg yet. Haha

There is no quite emergency situation. My grandparents are old, grandfather just had surgery a week ago. As for me - i don't mind to go to a doctor as well, because its cheaper to do there. While my previous stay in the US my great-uncle died, my dog died recently. There is no giant emergency in general, but if i can shorten these 90++ days of awaiting AP, I will be happy

I don't know if i qualify for emergency AP if i provide documents of my grandfather's recent surgery. I'm the only granddaughter he has.

But may be it will work?

And i don't know if i can mark my AP as emergency along with filling AOS in same case same package mail

The only way to apply for emergency AP is to apply at a local office. https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/travel-documents/emergency-travel

i see

thank you

If i dont file AOS and AP now, leave the US now and come back in october or november 2016 on my B2 visa which is valid till september 2018 (3 years) what are my chances that officer let me enter the US? does my marriage to GC applicant affect

i stayed in the US for 3 months at autumn-winter time 2015-2016 and now i'm in the US since march 2016.

Zero if you tell the truth that you intend to immigrant by entering on your visitor visa. does my marriage to GC applicant affect

You would be committing immigration fraud by attempting to enter the US on a non-immigrant visitor visa with the intent to immigrate.

The 30/60/90 rule would apply you since you are not an Immediate Relative of a USC. Your preconceived intent to immigrate could get you in a lot of trouble.

Don't do this.

Your choice is to wait for AP in hand to travel or risk your chance to immigrate to the US and be with your husband by leaving without AP. There are no tricks that can help get you around this. Your life. Your choice.

I'll do as you recommend and won't try to sit on two chairs at the same time.

You helped me a lot. Thank you
