I have received a letter dated May 2nd that my file is now complete and the all was sent to Montreal. I am now waiting for my Appointment date.

I would like to know if there is any way by email telephone to know where my case stands.

As even if my later was dated May 2nd, 2016. My case was completed April 25th 2016.

My husband and I have been together for now 21years. Now we are waiting for my Visa so he can return back to where he was bored.

Thanks for your help (F)

Are you an expedite If not your case isn't sent to embassy. It will remain until your embassy starts scheduling for July or when August scheduling starts.

When last you called NVC?

I would be calling NVC to see if you got a July date since there are others after your CC that got July dates. Some even June.

I have added you to the spreadsheet.

no they keep it and when your interview is scheduled the NVC will send it to the CONSULATE in Montreal. I don't care what they tell you on the phone.

Hi,

Yes you are correct. The keep everything at the NVC. I was told was sent but do know its not now.

I did though know why I did not get the interview date yet. It seems that there was a misunderstanding in my. Someone put a note and it was incorrectly interpreted.

I was told a supervisor needed to revises the case and put it back on the queue for a schedule date.

Hope now I will be able to get this appointment date soon :)

Hi,

I received today an email from National Visa Centre in Montreal. They are indicating that they received my inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition. They are stating it is currently under review.

Do you have any idea of how long it could take for me to then receive an interview.

Thank a lot for your help

Only after CEAC says "ready" then you go here so you can get your passport back.
