"You are inadmissible to the United States today citing 212 (a) (7) (A) (i) (I) of the INA as amended because you are an indented immigrant not in possession of a valid United States immigrant visa. You will be refused admission under the visa waiver program. You have provided inconsistent and misinformation about your travel to the United States and you stated that you intended to prep or circumvent the inspection process with false and misinformation in an attempt to gain admission to the United States. You also misrepresented your relationship to your fiancé. I have made a determination that you are inadmissible to the United States. You will no longer be able to use the Visa Waiver Program. For all future travel to the United States you will need to be in possession of a valid visa."

Just booked my medical and interview. Although I wasn't expedited, what do you guys think of my chances? I'm honestly expecting denial...

Denied entry on the Visa Waiver Program. Referred to my fiancée as my girlfriend, CO found a conversation on my phone talking about ways to look admissible. I didn't take any of the advice. As for the travel part... I have literally no idea what that means.

S/he only banned you entry on the VWP. S/he did not ban you forever on all visas.

I am confused with the type of visa you have applied and your purpose for travel is it under Visa Waiver Program such as business, medical treatment etc or K-1 fiance visa. I believe these two are different visas.

I know. But I'm certain this will effect my K1 application enough to cause a denial.

Ok if I understood correctly first you applied under visa waiver program and received a denial now you are trying to come under K-1 visa. In that case it doesnt necessarily mean you will get denied again on K-1. Fiance visa requirements are very straight forward and easy to fulfill rarely a K-1 gets denied as long as you provide all the required documents.

It's not coded as such, but you are free to believe what you want.

I absolutely believe this is the only thing that'll cause a denial because everything else is all sorted.

I know that code only means immigrant intent, and in theory I'm rectifying that by applying for an immigrant visa, but it's the CO's discretion to deny a visa, but as long as I fulfil the criteria and give full disclosure, am I set?

Being denied entry on the VWP(or tourist visa) for having immigrant intent does not make you ineligible to receive a visa that has immigrant intent. That is what Harpa is trying to tell you.

I must say that's the most detailed no holds barred denial and reason I have ever seen. At least now you are ding the K1. VWP or visitor Visa forget about it. :goofy:
