F2A with current PD in US currently processing AOS, AP and EAD

My PD is August 2015 and I haven't filed I-485 yet. According to USCIS visa bulletin it's not yet current. Is that right?

But I already filed to USCIS by mistake.

I had been rejected by USCIS, other members already told me the reason .

I have to wait for AOS date for me

It's ok to apply for a tourist visa just have your dicuments ready to make them believe you that you're going back home
