Renewing passport

Hello,

My question is:

My fiance passport will expire end of next year which means he still has about 1.5 years to use it. How and where can he renew his passport once he's in US? Obviously he won't be a citizen yet and won't have a USA passport but can he renew his Israeli passport here?

At the Israel Consulate in NY or Embassy in Washington DC

Israeli consulate here the US should be able to process it. Find their website, and they should have forms to download and submit. Use Express Mail when the time comes.

NYGirl, when you say isn't working, do you mean you can't get to the website, or you can't find the right form? Please clarify.
