Unfortunately, that's not really possible. The children, assuming they will be USCs, could petition their mother when they come of age, but it will take many years before she can immigrate.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

He would have to marry her.

Not at all possible. The only options are mentioned above.

Would this be a problem for the mother allowing the kids to immigrate?

It's not possible. There's no path to the US through her children or their LPR father.

A work visa would only be possible if she was a college graduate and there was a US employer willing to go through the expense and time to get her a work visa.

Realistically, there's no avenue for the children's mother to immigrate to the US.

I may be reading more into it than what it already is but I hope it is not a situation where the mother will be like, "If I can't immigrate, then neither can the kids."

Nothing is wrong with it. What I meant was hoping that the mother isn't using the kids to manipulate the father into finding a way to the US knowing that he is desparate for them to be with him.

If he is desperate to be with them, there is a very obvious solution.

I don't think that is MANIPULATION in any way at all. Fathers can live away from their children but it isn't easy for mothers.

Those are her children and she has a say in where her children get raised.

You could start by been nice to her, she might trust you with her children and don't start throwing "manipulation" word around.

That woman can either make it easy or hard for your boyfriend.
