Hi there,

First, I open this forum to say thank you to all of the visa jorney members who keep us updated with their case jorney, their problems and the way they get out of them.

Second, I want to give my contribution in those people who might have the same problem as I did.

I sent AOS, EAD, AP on January 29

My EAD/AP aplication got approved on April 27, but after I got the Aprovement notification, I didnt get any news. So my application passed 123 days and ... Nothing in my mail box. I was feeling really upset about this. (I Started some forums here about this problem.)

What I did, was an info-pass appointment (May 25) and the same day I sent 2 e-request ( 1 telling that my case was delay, and the other that I hadnt take my card). In 6 days (May 31) the notification online changed to ."CARD IN PROCESS" and on June 2, my card is mailed to me. HOPE TO GET IT TOMORROW

SO, I WANT TO ADVICE PEOPLE TO TAKE THIS ACTION. I did it because I read what others had done here, in visa jorney forums.

Thank You to all!

Good luck to everyone.

Good point to make. We shouldn't all assume that officers are continuously working on our cases. A gentle nudge might just move your file back to the top of the pile.

you are absolutely right, there is nobody in Government who cares at all about your case - all they want to do is make it more difficult any way they possibly can.
