N-400 Questions [merged threads / edited title]

Hi

I am filling out the n-400 form.

In the employment history section,

I was unemployed from Jan 2015 to April 2015. My question is, what should I put as the address? Can I put my home address as the address of unemployment? The instructions state that we need to to put the address where we were employed, unemployed, self employed so I assume that I cannot just leave it blank or N/A if I was unemployed. Also for Employer and Job Title I am planning to put "Unemployed" as well. Will that make sense to do?

Hi

I was wondering if its ok to turn off the Javascript on the N-400 once I have answered all the applicable questions, so that I can put in the N/A 's, the NONE's and also my traffic ticket details which I would otherwise have to write by hand? There is no longer a barcode so turning off the Javascript should have any side effects right.... or did I miss something?

Just put unemployed. If you are unemployed there is no address

I am single, no children, and never went outside the US on any trips

How many times have you been married? - should I put 0 or N/A or None?

How many total days did you spend outside the United States? - 0 or N/A or None?

Indicate your total number of children - 0 or N/A or NONE?

I have a few traffic tickets. In Q 29, I want to write the Outcome or deposition of the arrest, citation, detention or charge as something like:

$108 FINE ASSESSED AND PAID.

$108 FINE ASSESSED AND PAID,3 POINTS ASSIGNED

$95 FINE ASSESSED AND PAID.

But the online form does not allow me to put the dollar sign or numbers. Is it ok for me to type into the rest of the form and then fill this column out in pen afterwards?

I just wrote "Paid fine on time".

If you want to, you can fill it in by hand after you print it out or you can type out the amount in words.
