I have a daughter who is coming to US on june 8 with a US tourist visa. She will turn 18 tomorrow. Are there documents needed to present at NAIA immigration and the POE in US ? I am worried that they might hold her if she doesnt have any documents with her aside from her passport and round trip ticket...

From my experience when I was traveling with a tourist visa, she should not need to prepare any other documents besides answering questions truthfully at PoE if she is coming in as a tourist. Also, answer what they ask but not telling any other infos they don't ask for.

Visa and passport are the only documents needed.

Thank you, aaron2020 for your reply. So she doesnt need to secure a dswd clearance anymore since she will be turning 18 tomorrow? She has the previous clearance when she renewed her passport last year, and also we secured an authenticated affidavit of support and consent at the philippine embassy ere in US for her visa and passport inteview.. But that was all happend last year..Im not sure if it's still valid to present them to immigration at NAIA airport..
