I recieved a email for uscis to RFE today when i send the evidence whats the time to get my approval ? Please help

Hi, I do not think they have a specific timeframe.. for us it took 10 days from they received the evidence until we had approval. It all depends on if the evidence is sufficient or if they decide they need more or something else. Breathe and stay calm...it is indeed a waiting "game."

06/23/2016 NVC welcome letter by e-mail/AOS bill

06/27/2016 D-261 submitted (choice of agent)

07/09/2016 AOS bill paid

Impossible to say; usually they review evidence within a month, but that doesn;t mean you will get approved after that month, there could be other work to do on your case.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
