We are going to the states for our wedding,and since my fiancé is stationed here in Italy,we are coming to back to italy after our wedding,it's possible for me to adjust my status at the US consulate Italy?

No, adjustment of status is only possible inside the US. If/when you plan to return to the US, your then husband should file a I130 petition for you, so that you can obtain a spousal visa (CR1) to enter the US and receive your green card and resident status.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

4/28/16: Interview (approved)

8/12/16: POE Detroit

Oh, I see now that you've applied for a fiancé visa? That's not really necessary if you don't intend to stay in the US. You are allowed to get married in the US while visiting under the VWP, as long as you leave before your 90 days are over.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

No, you cannot adjust status in a U.S. consulate. Although considered 'American' soil the K1 is a single entry visa. Once you leave the U.S. to return to Italy you also surrender that status. Thus you'd have no status to adjust from at a U.S. consulate.

Thank guys for the reply,yea,I'm under the k1 visa,if there is no possible way to obtain the adjustment of status i will stay in the US tilli get my green card,and my fiancé will just come back here in Italy.
