Baby boy name w/ last name help?

Hey old friends and new friends on VJ and heck even all the people that hate me....

So wifey and are expecting our own baby ala (Mini Tbone)

We thought wed have a girl but already via the noninvasive prenatal blood draw (from mama arm) they say its a boy.

We had lots of girl names ready that sound good w/ last name but I'm kinda of at a complete loss for boys names.

Our last name is Tran. so we will probably have a 'home / family' vietnamese name (im at a loss for those too, cuase frankly I dont think vietnamese names sound that cool...I hate both my american and vietnamese names :))

Anyways for those that have time or those who are in that difficult waiting game period....please offer some fun / cute / creative names that sound good w/ last name TRAN.

I kinda like names can have shorter nicknames (like Thomas and Tom for example)

Or names with cool initials w/ middle or last name like you know AJ, JR, TJ, JT...etc

Anyways grateful for any legit insights....

I agree with the first part of this. Most ppl I know JJ stands for some J name and the second J stands for Jr. Also think how the name looks at the professional level, resume's and stuff.

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

Imagine that child learning how to write their name... I don't know if it's common here, but when I was learning to write, I had to write my name over and over as homework. To this day I still resent my parents for giving me 4 names in total.

I'd go for a shirt and easy one, that's why I like names like Eric, James, John... Heo luoi good luck in your quest.

Thanks, as for Tbones response I'm hoping his is simple a joke as the middle name certainly suggests so.

im not looking too exotic, maybe a bit more contemporary. Some of the classics and short ones I think the issue is they are one syllable and that doesnt sound or go to well w/ Tran. So would need longer source name and then maybe the shorter nickname version if available like Lucas / Luke, Jonathan/John, Thomas/Tom/Tommy...etc
