You should find good licensed family law attorney and try to pursue annulment based upon fraud

And you need to report him to USCIS of course to ensure he will not get his 10y GC

You want to end his permanent residency to avoid being used as a sponsor

If you look ahead to the I-751 form, you will see that ROC can be obtained if divorced or annulled. USCIS does not accept local courts findings of annulment as the their definition of fraud. Unless she has hard physical evidence to hand over to USCIS, and a lot of it, nothing she says or does will affect his ability to get a 10 year card.

Sorry for this happening to you. It's not fair that some people go thru hell due to their fraudulent spouses.

Divorce him asap and sue for child support

Don't talk with him or meet with him at all

Forget him and move on with your life

Don't worry over the I-864, it's unlikely that it would come back to bite you

If you don't know his address and the times comes for adjustment of status and he doesn't show up he will be deported. I'm sorry but I think he needs to go back home since he committed fraud not only to the US government but you.

He doesn't need to adjust his status, he has a 2 year green card. He will apply for ROC when appropriate. Doesn't matter if you think he committed fraud, it's extremely hard to prove fraud to the USCIS and ICE. At least the OP is taking the steps to get out of a bad marriage. I'm glad she's doing so! The sooner the better.
