My wife received her EAD/AP card in via USPS Priority Mail yesterday . What a beautiful sight. Our AOS Package was received June 6. Hang in there June filers.

Did you do it online or call them? I did it yesterday morning online and didn't get any other confirmation besides the SR # to my submitted request (stating I should expect a reply by 09/20) .... pfffffff ?

I'm getting a bit worried now. I almost think they ignore my application and SR on purpose.

I called them on day 75 and did it online (day 90) yesterday. I'm starting to think they're ignoring my application on purpose, too! Maybe try giving them a call and letting them know you haven't received any kind of confirmation?

My service request was put in day 79 or day 80 a way I was told to expect a responce within 3weeks... Everyday I checked and it still wasn't assigned to an officer then on day 91 my status changed to card in production but my SR still said "not yet assigned to an officer"... My current status still says it wasn't assigned to an officer not that it matters anymore but it goes to show your documents still get approved even if your case status doesn't update accordingly

CONGRATS!! Mine (EAD) is still stuck at new card is being produced I cannot wait till i see it in the mail! I still do not believe it is approved until i see that card in the mail!

That's us too, but we got the email lol - wife checked the mail today and still no NOA for the SR...so we are at a loss, we are on day 90 of EAD and others about a week or so past our received date have gotten approve or received their EAD.

Sorry to hear that. I know how frustrating it is to have to wait while others are being approved. Crossing my fingers you guys get positive news very soon!

Deep down that is exactly what I'm hoping for. I just don't want to think about it too much to avoid the disappointment in case I have to wait forever.

mine was stuck on day 76 but after the SR it changed to new card is being produced within a week, so hold tight and hopefully it will come soon! I know how it feels because we received and RFIE and it felt horrible to say the least.

I did an SR over the weekend and received a reply today.

Basically saying that they have more time because of the RFIE.

Hopefully what Soley mentioned before is right and I just have to wait until they reach day 90+RFIE response time.

At day 87 now. So maybe it's 87-12.

Think I'll ask for it to be expedited sometime soon if I don't hear anything in the next few days.

From what I know now (this is what the last Tier 2 officer told me) you're at day 87-12. She said we have to allow for 120 days instead of 90 days once you had an RFE but she also stressed that it could be sooner as well.

If you have a legitimate reason to expedite you can always try that. It still doesn't guarantee anything. She mentioned there is like a 45 day limit on that. But within five days you are supposed to get some news on it.

Have you surpassed the 75days? I see your signature you put day 1 the day they recieved it... They count that as day 0 so if today would be your day 75 then that 1 day different would really have you at day 74 which wouldn't allow you to submit the service request

Rather strange then I wou do just call and put a service request on three the phone... A teir 1 can do it so it won't take long to get it done

Do they count from received date 01JUN16 or NOA date 09JUN16 - I am starting to think maybe ours is still waiting for a background check. Might have the wife just call tomorrow and see if we can get a live person who maybe knows what is going on.
