Still no EAD/AP approval and the SR was completed Friday evening 26AUG2016 , wonder what is going on with this...starting to worry now, no NOA from the SR either, just an email saying it's completed and they'll tell me what they will be doing shortly. WORRIED!!

I was reviewing 100 cases before mine, cases received on 6/14/2016 most of them got stuck on case was received, ... only 12 cases are ready to schedule Interview.

Yes I did the search too. Most of cases immediately before and after mine, have RFIE or cases approved. Mine and others are stuck in case received. Not sure if it is different field offices or what that differs. I am wondering if I could to a service request at 75 days bc husband has many chances for good jobs and he is turned down for not having permit. Frustration is the it's max... Womp womp! ?

Yes, I filed a SR after 75 days and received an email confirmation the same day. I think I received a response two days later, but it was something generic like "your case is being processed." I submitted another SR (day 90) yesterday and received a response this morning that says my case is being expedited and I should receive a response shortly.

Did you do it online or call them? I did it yesterday morning online and didn't get any other confirmation besides the SR # to my submitted request (stating I should expect a reply by 09/20) .... pfffffff ?

I'm getting a bit worried now. I almost think they ignore my application and SR on purpose.

My wife is in the same boat as you guys...did SR got the email it was being looked at while online it says completed and this was last Friday and nothing so far, shortly must be a few weeks haha

I did an SR over the weekend and received a reply today.

Basically saying that they have more time because of the RFIE.

Hopefully what Soley mentioned before is right and I just have to wait until they reach day 90+RFIE response time.

At day 87 now. So maybe it's 87-12.

Think I'll ask for it to be expedited sometime soon if I don't hear anything in the next few days.

I'm adjusting from a K1.

I have already had my EAD produced so it doesn't seem to have affected that. I was sure that the namecheck affected the processing of the I485 insofar that the case wouldn't even get looked at or transferred to a local office until the namecheck was returned? Or am I entirely wrong?

I was stuck in background checks and tier 2 told me over and over again 3 different teir 2's to be exact that a pending background check doesn't effect he I-485... There has been instances that people have attended there interviews are given a verbal approval but there green card is withheld due to background check still pending which goes to show pending background check shouldn't effect your I-485 application... So to my understanding they still continue as normal with your I-485 regardless if it's still pending... I'm stuck on fingerprint fee recieved also but I cleared my background check between day 85 and day 92... My case dos get transferred on day 100 honestly tho I don't think that was linked it the FBI check... As other teir 2s have told me if you pass the 3.5 month mark and your still fingerprint fee recieved there a good probability your interview will get waived... Bare in mind my case got transferred 39days ago but status still says as of "May 9th we recieved your fingerprint fee... NBC is currently processing your documents" my status doesn't reflect a transfer took place.. I only know this transfer took place cause I if to specifically ask teir 2 is my case still at NBC or did it get transferred... He said since my case still says fingerprint fee recieved and it got transferred to a local office shows a very good probability interview will be waived... If it does get waived your status will remain at "fingerprint fee recieved" until it's approved so just cause you status still says that it's not necessarily a bad thing Edited August 30, 2016 by Moslund

Have you surpassed the 75days? I see your signature you put day 1 the day they recieved it... They count that as day 0 so if today would be your day 75 then that 1 day different would really have you at day 74 which wouldn't allow you to submit the service request

That's us too, but we got the email lol - wife checked the mail today and still no NOA for the SR...so we are at a loss, we are on day 90 of EAD and others about a week or so past our received date have gotten approve or received their EAD.
