HEEYYYY!!

We received RFIE on July 27th and replied on August 12th, today my EAD status changed to being produced... I got three questions!!

1. Does that mean they accepted our response?

2. Is it possible that the EAD will be delayed after it states that its being produced?

3. Is there a possibility that we will be receiving another RFE or RFIE??

PLEASE someone answer me i am excited to hear it if its good news!!

1) no, the ead/ Ap and aos cases are separate

2) it's possible if they have a problem with printers like they had a few months ago, but other than that I don't think so

3) yes, unless you have the go in your hand, there's always a possibility to get rfe

So I'll be receiving my EAD if the printers are working... does the card being produced means that the case for the the i765 is accepted?

The first update will be card production, then case approved, then card mailed and then card delivered.

Just got an update on our I-785. The website now shows that "New Card is being produced". It skipped the approved part all together.

I'm cautiously excited because we really want to travel to Europe in October and there is no change to the I-131 status. It still shows "Case was Received" from last month.

Since this is a combo card, does it mean that it is very likely the AP application is approved as well?

Has anyone had a similar experience? My main concern is the AP at this point.

My experience is that the status for EAD and AP would change to case was approved in a few hours.

And you would be correct...I just received another message and now the status for the AP changed to "Case was Approved"

Ok i asked only because that is where my case is...and I765 was approved in 76 days nothing on I485 so far

You case status doesnt usually update to reflect a transfer to another office... Mine was transferred almost 40days ago but my status still says it's a NBC which is incorrect nor have I recieved a letter about the transfer either

April 8th: AOS sent

April 11th: Recieved at Chicago lockbox [Day 0]

April 25th: NOA1 date (never recieved e-notifications) [Day 14]

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]
