Got my combo card yesterday. And now, my husband and I just went to SSA office to have my card changed into my married name. Hopefully, DHS will verify my status fast so I can get my SSN card soon enough for me to start driving and job hunting. Sending good vibes to everyone. ???

I am not sure, I am more busy at work today, so I hadn't checked the website until after I got the email stating they'd respond shortly, sorry.

It took a week for my card to be in the mailbox. When your status changes to "Card has been picked up by the Post Office", then they will give the tracking number.

How strange haha!

For anybody that is interested, I was able to file a Service Request (SR) for my EAD online without having to speak on the telephone at the National Customer Service Centre! I did this it right about 3 minutes after midnight East Coast time on the 75th day since filing.

I filed using USCIS Service Request for Outside Normal Processing Time form here. In the section entitled 'Last Action Taken on Case', I put the last action and I also included the words 'Approaching Regulatory Timeframe'. It was resolved in a few days and I didn't need to phone up to make the SR at all. I received the same emails as others did that phoned up with the Service Requests.

Hope that might help somebody!

Quick question regarding the 'last action taken on case' box... is that the date they received my case (June) or the date they did a 'soft' touch (August)?

I'm on day 75 and figured I'll go ahead and do the SR today so they can start working on it first thing Monday morning ?

09/29/2016 - 2nd SR online for card to be mailed [day 108]
10/21/2016 - SR (finally) assigned and completed [day 130]

No interview!!
