Yes, it's the myusps dashboard once you sign up for the account, sign in, then click myusps and hit the sign up for that too and validate your address, it'll show on that dashboard when you get like priority mail not normal mail.

It does work, I had a package on there from ebay and I never input any tracking number. :)

But it depends on where you live, I did mine and went through all the steps then it tells me that service is not available in my area. :/

Congratulations everyone! I'm happy that some of us already receive good news!

According to a Tier 2 officer they've been working on the USCIS system since December last year. They are changing the whole system and this would take up to mid September according to him.. that's why so many cases can't be checked online <_< But he said that my biometrics was in their system and that it would take up to 4 weeks for the FBI to check it and send them the results... He also said that the Charleston, SC is far beyond with their AOS cases, they are still working on cases from last year -_-

Just got a response to the service request that I placed on Monday.

"The status of this service request is:

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."

So.. Still no update on my end!

Same message received today for me.

Actually, I lie... I got an update that my name was updated (I changed my surname to hyphenate with my wife).

As an aside, I included a certified copy of my marriage certificate with the I485. However I included photocopies of that certificate with my I765 and I132 (along with a letter for the I131 and I765 mentioning that I included the certified copy with my I485).

Hopefully this means some positive movement soon on the EAD and AP.

After a week of waiting for my RFE, I have it. It says to submit the I864 which I already did...from what I gather, the problem is that the form I used has expired.

I used a form that expired on 03/31/2015 and the RFE says to submit the one wit the revision date for 07/02/2015. Problem is, the one I just downloaded on the USCIS site has an expiry date of 07/31/2017...is this the right one. I supposed I have to send all supporting documentation again as well....sigh...first real hiccup and very annoyed with myself at the moment. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance....

If the latest one available to download is 2017 then use that. Think when we were sorting our file we had to redo the I-864 a few times as they only accept the most recent edition. Good luck ?

My AP and EAD changed to "Case was approved" this afternoon, after an update earlier in the day that my "Name was updated" and a response to my "Approaching Regulatory Timeframe" service request.

That was some rather welcome news. I hope that the rest of us gets good news and progress (we are off to enjoy the wonders of Oregon this weekend! For those living in Oregon, it already looks so pretty and thank you for having us!).
