Congratulations! By the way how many weeks or months you have to wait for it?

Sometimes making a bit of an effort before asking these questions goes a long way..?

Anyway it varies from case to case

I'd appreciate it if you would stop quoting my exact message to you over and over to people who aren't asking dumb questions.

They asked because the person doesn't have a timeline so obviously this person just wonders how long it took them to get from filing to "ready to schedule interview". Don't be rude, there's no need for that.

Who said plagiarism? I said it's rude. You got called out for asking dumb questions over and over that had been replied to countless times before, that sentence doesn't apply to this person asking someone a normal question. No clue why you keep trying to stir stuff up with anyone and everyone since this thread was started. I guess this process is even more stressful for some than it is for most people.

After waiting almost a month to receive my first NOA1...the post office sent it back to the USCIS and told them it couldn't be delivered...like ####### ??? I made another request to be send back. I might wait another month. I am furious right now!!!

J-1 Au Pair Visa :

09/29/2012 : Met with USC
01/14/2013 : Married with USC

AOS Timeline :

06/09/2016 : AOS package sent

07/04/2016 : AOS package received (finally I was dying over here)

07/08/2016 : AOS package accepted !

07/28/2016 : NOA1 for I-130 was returned to the USCIS. The post office did not deliver it to me !

08/07/2016 : Card/Document Production ( no NOAS, no biometrics...nothing ??? )

03/26/2018 : Green card received!

02/12/2021: Filed for N-400  online

06/13/2016 - received at Chicago Lockbox [day 0]

06/21/2016 - NOA1 date [day 8]

06/27/2016 - NOA1 hard copy in mail [day 14]

07/01/2016 - Biometrics letter received [day 18]

07/13/2016 - Biometrics appointment [day 30]

08/29/2016 - SR online [day 77] (assigned to officer, response to inquiry sent, and completed all on the same day) => no confirmation email received

09/02/2016 - EAD & AP approval notices in mail (both dated 08/29/2016) [day 81]
