What have people been doing in mean time of all this? Has anyone been successful in obtaining a driver license ? I got told I can't in Arizona cos my K1 visa had an expiry date and she didn't take my word for it that it was the date I had to get into the states by :/

does EAD allow working in any state as I may be moving soon?

EAD is for the United States so that should be for all of them

You will have to advise them of your new address though. I do not know if you then get a new EAD card.

I did get my drivers license and wrote about it extensively earlier in this thread. You will find the answers to your questions there. I don't know on what page it is.

I sent my packet June 20th, they received it June 23rd. I received three e-mails (AOS, EAD, & AP) today July 6th. Just waiting for the hardcopy of NOA 1. Just hang in guys, yours will come soon. GOODLUCK & GODBLESS

Just curious if anyone has seen this;

We received 3 notices by email; all 3 are "USCIS Acceptance Confirmation" emails, all sent out a few minutes apart from each other. However, 2 of them, the 1st and last, have the same receipt number. I have no idea which one refers to what application (AP, EAD, AOS)

Typo, or is it possible that the AP and EAD are on the same number?

We received 3 notices by email; all 3 are "USCIS Acceptance Confirmation" emails, all sent out a few minutes apart from each other. However, 2 of them, the 1st and last, have the same receipt number. I have no idea which one refers to what application (AP, EAD, AOS)

AOS, EAD and AP has different case numbers. Just wait for your NOA1 hardcopy. ☺️

impossible cause each form has its own individual reciept number.. maybe they typed the duplicate number in incorrectly when sending you the notification ? its more than possible... the reciepts always go in numberical order example mine end in 30, 31, 32... so if yours were to end in 05,06 i would try 04 or 07 so try 1 number up from the duplicate number and you should find your correct reciept number thats if your reciept number are working on the case status website.. due to you just getting them they probably wont work for another couple of weeks

Yes, I also received two text messages with the same Case number. It is for the I- 485. and 1 for the I-130. There's nothing to worry about it.

I also received 3 NOAs in the mail. Two of them with the same case number one was for the I-485 fees, the second NOA was for the fingerprint fees. And the third with for the I-130 fees.

The numbers were in fact in numerical order, ending in 092, 093...the again the 093. I tried every number on the site, but none of them are working as of today.

I'll just have wait for the NOA hard copies and see what they actually should be.

That makes sence 1 of the duplicates will end in 091 or 094 once your noa comes everything will be where it should be

Hi guys,

Unfortunately today we received a REJECTION NOTICE for the I-765 EAD. It states that the payment amount is incorrect or has not been provided..However, I applied for the three things at that same time so from what I researched we only had to pay US$1070.00

I also noticed I did not sign for this application

I'll fix it now, this means I have to pay the extra fee now?

Please help, I'm so sad.
