Hello Guys my Aos package was sent off may 26th through USPS.

Up till now , my package hasn't been delivered yet. I finally received an update saying it was delayed and it's currently in Chicago for delivery. Smh.

Done everything by courier myself. Not relied on USPS as they just don't seem as diligent in their approach.

Hello,

Uscis chicago received my papers on May 27th. I received the e-notification for "acceptance confirmation" on June 5, 2016( which was a sunday evening :wacko: ). I still have not received my I-797 confirmation notification by mail and its been 13 days after they received all my papers. They have also cashed my check June 3rd,2016.

I have been checking with the receipt number from my emails and texts and none of them work on case status!

Why is it still not in the system???

Why is there a delay with the paper notificatiion??? HELPPPP.

Marriage----4/20/2016 (L)

AOS/EAD/AP

5/23/2016------Sent out package through USPS

5/27/16 (Day 1)----received at Chicago and signed for

6/03/16 (Day 6)----check cashed

6/05/16 (Day 8)---- Received e-notification from USCIS "Acceptance Confirmation"

6/09/16 (Day 12)----Received I-797 notification for all three applications.

6/14/16 (Day 17)---- received I-797 for Biometrics appointment. for 7/1/16

6/24/16 (Day 27)----walked in for biometrics before 7/1/16.

8/19/16 (Day 85)----Received update text, Interview is scheduled for September 21,2016

8/19/16 (Day 85)----Received update text, EAD Approved and card is being processed

it can take a while, look at your e-notifications, there should be a date there and if you don't receive the letter until that date, contact uscis.

There are a lot of people that files in the last couple of months with case numbers that also don't work on the website. Seems random and crazy. Unreliable like everything else.

Hello,

Firstly the case status checker is a hit or miss some people recipes numbers work some don't.. Some take a few days to work some a few weeks some a few months to work so it's normal for them not to work.. There is some people from April who's receipts still don't work but there case is moving forward wether it be threw biometrics or an RFE... There is even some people who had there GC in hand and there receipt numbers never did work

Secondly there isn't a delay with your hard copies they have 30daya to mail it to you from the e-notification it's only been a few days for you since you recieved the e-notifications so yiu have a long way to go before you should start to worry... Once it hit 31days then it's regaurded at being delayed

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

​November 12th: Interview letter received ​[Day 216]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]

December 5th: Case status changed from "fingerprint fee received" to "Approved" post dated Dec 1st [Day 239]

Received approval letter in the mail for Green card [Day 239]

December 6th: "Card was mailed to me" [Day 240]

December 8th: Green card received in mail!!! [day 242]

Joining June filers! ❤️ We sent AOS packet on Monday (6/6/2016) and it was delivered & picked up the very next day.. Haven't received anything from the USCIS yet it's been only a couple of DAYS.

Delivered AOS packaged on 3rd July. Check cashed on Friday afterwards, and several eNOAs received Monday morning (12.15 to 1241am). As yet, none of the MSC numbers are working on myUSCIS.

Very happy with this site, it's been so helpful to be able to look things up while we were working on the file!

We got married June 7 and sent the AOS in on June 4. So far have not received confirmation either from USPS or USCIS. Starting to get a bit worried here but after reading all your messages at least I now know we're not the only ones!
