I got NOA1 (all 3 of them) via email & text message on the 20th, hard copy on the 24th and today the invitation for biometrics.

Cool may I ask when did u got e notification & when was your check cashed

Yay, congrats Miki. I suspect ours should be along any day now too with our timelines being so close.

HeavensAngel - if you take a look when people post, at the bottom of most people's posts is a signature which they update as they go along. It should help answer the many update questions for you, as it does with us all.

I am thinking to go tomorrow morning. It also says military personnel do not need appointment, my husband is the petitioner (we did AOS based on approved I-130) and he is military personnel and will be coming with me. So I am hoping they will let us do walk in. If not, we stick with the original appointment.

I will make sure my husband doesnt leave his in his uniform (happened to him before, haha). I never forget mine. I use my military ID a lot because it's my only US ID which I can use instead of using passport. I would be scared to lose my passport.

Ours was cashed about a week after they received the packet. Can I also advise that you relax lol you sound like you've not much else to think about.

One silly question. Can we still get RFE even tho we received biometric's letter? Or biometrics have nothing to do with I-485 status? Just wondering if anyone got RFE after getting biometrics done.

I think you can. RFE's are for missing or extra information.

I'm sure people here gonna "advice" u to research before asking this or go see the timeline etc etc. and gonna type ; lines...but it's so hard to type in one line to answer

You can get rfe even after interview!
