Pfff I hope so.. Thank you for your positive message ;):yes:

My local service center is in Portland, Oregon. They're working on cases from March 2016, so it will probably take a while.

But as long as I get my EAD/AP, I'm happy.. I'm planning a wedding in the Netherlands for which I planned on traveling back home this month, and I have a job offer so I'm freaking out a bit.

whoossaa... you will be fine....don't believe everything on the uscis site... my local service center is Indianapolis, Indiana and as of Aug. 31 they are working on April 2016 cases... but as you can see in my timeline i had the update to " interview is scheduled for 12/01/2016. i have a feeling you will hear something by the end of November, its just a hunch.tho

oh yeah... i went to my mailbox the second time, hence another text from myusps came thru.....i got my EAD/AP Combo card in hand since 6:07 PM

whoot whoot :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

( It wasnt suppose to deliver until tomorrow, but my mail usually runs around 4:30 P.M. and i had checked it then but no card in it until 6:06 PM )

anyways i got it :dancing: :joy:

hope everyone will get they`re cards soon and on to the next step

alright way to go.... :dancing: ....you ll have your card around 11/17 i think.... looks like they are picking up on things now since the election is about to be over soon

hi mjgrace,

How are you filing ? K-1, F-1 ? where is your AOS package processed , is it at National benefit center or somwhere else ? did you apply for EAD and/or AP ?

could you fill in your timeline in your signature it would be easier for one to help you

i would put in a service request if i was you. They received the Response to my RFIE on 09/29 and 30ish days from when they received it, almost put in a service request also, but on the same day in the afternoon there was movements on my case online......

just yesterday i received my EAD/AP Combo Card. also i had an update on my case to " Interview is Scheduled "uscis received our response to RFIE..... also it might help you if you sign up on MYUSPS in case there is mail coming to you from USCIS for EAD/AP card or GC ( even tho they may not update your case online, you may be getting something in the mail from USCIS...

i never received an update for a tracking number for my EAD/AP Card once they send it.. but received a text and email from MYUSPS that it was on route.

like i said it would be helpfull if you fill in your timeline

Definitely do a Service Request (online or by phone).

I just updated my signature. I filed for AOS, along with EAD and AP. I'm currently on a H1 visa.

We have a pretty close timeline and the same field office too. My case hasn't been updated since June 1st. It's still stuck in Fingerprint fee received. :cry:

wow... i am sorry to hear that...thats sux,

i selected security questions with answers ( in case i forgot the password ), created a password, selected personal account, entered my current address and phone number, email address and that was it

btw.....ALERT: Due to routine maintenance, My USPS will be unavailable from 11 PM ET, Thursday, November 3 through 1 AM ET, Friday, November 4. We apologize for any inconvenience.

by the time you can log in again you will have your card in hand already.... but its good for future deliveries like GC

I have a feeling my green card will not arrive on time... things keep progressing very slowly and since my last approval on Friday, nothing has happened anymore. Still, I decided to buy my ticket to go home next week. Worst case scenerio, I will have to go back where I had my infopass appointment and get an emergency passport stamp or something.

Anyone with experience????

I called Uscis today to check what is going on with my AOS application. Spoke to the first person and she was telling me I have to wait till 11 months. I wasn't happy, told her to transfer me to her supervisor. I got a call back after 2 hours and he told me that my application is with my local field office as of October 28th. I think the supervisor can actually see more on their screen.

I don't know what is going on...
