I understand because my ead card was shipped out on 9/2/16 but i never received it...i saw that it went to another state that was when i called uscis and the level 2 agent told me that it is stuck at a post office,,,,,, he also said to forget it because my green card was mailed so i understand exactly what you're saying

Which is sooooo true that is why i have been tracking every move of it.... best thing it's already in my state from early this morning so now my eyes are fixed to my usps account :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing: praying you receive your ead sometime today or tomorrow

Finally I spoke to a tier 2. There's no positive news on my case yet. My i485 is still under review. No additional evidence is needed and it looks 'good' (whatever that's supposed to mean) but who knows how much longer I have to wait.

As to my EAD status...all I can say is 'pffff' the card is not even in production! :crying::crying:

Whatever...I am no longer going to check my status like a maniac, but wait until I receive a message (yeah, right!):rolleyes:

Ugh...that was discouraging :(

My case is same as yours. I filed the same day and there's no updates. I'm tracking some cases received on 6/12 and are in the same situation. I'm waiting til Monday to submit a case inquiry online, which would put me at 91 days.

Day 0 - 6/10/2016 sent package (I130, I485, I864, I693,I130, I765)

Day 1 - 6/13/2016 package received PD 6/14/2016

Day 9 - 6-22/2016 Checks cleared

Day 10 - 6/23/2016 NOA Received by text end email

Day 14 - 6/27/2016 Received NOA by mail

Day 26 - 7/09/2016 Received Biometric appointment notice schedule 7/20/2016

Day 32 - 7/15/2016 Biometrics done Walked-in

Day 100 - 9/21/2016 I765 and I130 approved

Day 107 -9/2/-2016 Received EAD combo card

For all of you stuck in AOS limbo, I was told that the updates to the online case status is down to the individual case officers - if you get a nice, diligent one your status is always current, if you get the 'can't be fussed one' it doesn't change until approval...

Nothing on any of mine changed from receipts (for EAD/AP) and RFE sent for AOS until they were approved, didn't even get the 'card mailed' updates

Hang in there, it will happen :)

for EAD/AP I put in a service request at day 75, no clue if it helped but it was approved within a day or 2

I was expecting to be waiting months for any update on I485 but had a happy surprise when I got an update to say approved one afternoon :)

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

Thank you (F)

I'm OK for now...refusing to look at my cases though because I should get a text or email if something changes. So I'm sticking to the plan 'do not check the online status' :P

I'm preoccupied with doing laundry, cleaning and cooking anyway....for a change :D

Hello everyone! I do not constantly post, so you may not know me a lot. But I constantly read, so I feel like I know all of you by heart. LOL!

Anyway, I hope this post will give hope to those with the same timeline as mine. Hang in there... with patience and prayers, our GCs will all be on-hand. Then, 2 years of rest, and then we'll do all these all over again, LOL. :)

Thank you!

Yes, K1 and K2. A couple of things got me worried. First is, we did not not include any proof of "on-going" relationship at all. All I submitted was our wedding pictures. Second, we did not submit the form i-693 - just our vaccine records. So I feel like our application was really "touched by an angel" :)

But you know what they say: If there's no change of status within the first couple of months after submitting your application, then it's most likely approved. :)
