Hey Odimcharles,

Curious - are you adjusting from K1 or from a tourist visa or other?? Once you do the interview, EAD won't matter because the green card would trump all of that. A scheduled interview means everything is moving along ;) Congratulations!

She's adjusting from an expired B2 visa. Ur right but I just don't understand the testing part of the interview

Cool. I'm adjusting from a B2 also (not expired - but I don't think it matters really). What do you mean the testing part of the interview? You mean what questions they will ask?

OH - I got it -- Testing refers to naturalization (citizenship) cases. "For a naturalization application the interview will include your taking the required English and/or Civics tests" -- But in our case, it would be just the interview first, as far as I understand it after doing some research and lots of reading here on VJ.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That's really exciting news and I'm sure you can celebrate before you actually hold it in your hands ;)

Your news made me pick up the phone and call too. All I see online since the last update on 09/06 is that EAD & AP got approved on 08/29 and nothing since then. My question is when will the card be mailed to me? (Secretly, I'm hoping I get good news about my i485) :P

So, waiting for a call back now.
