06/21/2016 - NOA1 date [day 8]

06/27/2016 - NOA1 hard copy in mail [day 14]

07/13/2016 - Biometrics appointment [day 30]

08/29/2016 - SR online [day 77] (assigned to officer, response to inquiry sent, and completed all on the same day) => no confirmation email received

I got a letter in the mail regarding the SR I did on August 26, just saying that I will reply shortly....also I got an email saying that on August 27 my EAD card is being produced.....

so...nothing new...

online still same "card is being produced"......

waiting, waiting.......

I got a letter in the mail regarding the SR I did on August 26, just saying that I will reply shortly....also I got an email saying that on August 27 my EAD card is being produced.....

so...nothing new...

online still same "card is being produced"......

waiting, waiting.......

I did not get a letter in the mail regarding the SR!! That's odd... I only got and email regarding it then on the same date as yours my EAD card changed to being produced, the weird thing is that i got a text message on the 27th regarding the update but no email, today in the morning i got an email so i to excited turns out its just came in late and its the same update from last week :(... WHEN ARE WE GETTING OUR WORK PERMITS????

i think the whole system is weird right now... i checked my case history and just found this,

On September 2, 2016, your request to have your Employment Authorization Document resent to you, referral number T1D23816, was assigned to an officer for response.

The issue is that i did not do a new SR!!!

That could very well be the case! Keep checking your status, but you might actually receive your card in the mail before anything changes online.

Did you call to ask what is going on?

I checked my case history, but no changes...

That could very well be the case! Keep checking your status, but you might actually receive your card in the mail before anything changes online.

Really hope so for all of us who are waiting for good news!!!!

Hey vj family i got the biggest surprise this morning when i went to my mail box lo and behold two approvals my I-485 and I-765

Just imagine how speechless i was because i called USCIS yesterday and was told my case is under review and here it is approved from 08/29/16

no transfer no interview no rfe / rfie i am sooooo excited :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::cry::cry::cry::cry: happy tears

i am praying for you all to be approved soon

When you call yesterday did you talk to a teir 2 or was it just the tierr 1?

April 8th: AOS sent

April 11th: Recieved at Chicago lockbox [Day 0]

April 25th: NOA1 date (never recieved e-notifications) [Day 14]

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]

December 5th: Case status changed from "fingerprint fee received" to "Approved" post dated Dec 1st [Day 239]

So happy to hear good news from all of you...I think the only thing keeping me sane at the moment. Thanks everyone! I am still waiting but it is painful.....have a safe and happy Labor Day!! I'm so proud that I didn't put a 'u' in Labour....I'm so American now :P

So happy to hear good news from all of you...I think the only thing keeping me sane at the moment. Thanks everyone! I am still waiting but it is painful.....have a safe and happy Labor Day!! I'm so proud that I didn't put a 'u' in Labour....I'm so American now :P

So, I just checked my mail and found the noa2 for perm residence. So, approval with no interview and it's only been 2 and a half months since I filed. But, my question is, I have to wait for the card to come in the mail before I can start work, right? The notice said up to 3 weeks to get the card.

My case status for AOS is Case ready to be Scheduled for an Interview, so that means that there is no chance that it will be approved with no interview???
