I went to the website to get my wife electronic I-94. It came up not found. She used to visit me many times walking and driving across the border from Cuidad Juarez Mexico to El Paso Texas always using her B1/B2 Visa/ Border Crossing card. I tried putting in her passport number but still came up with nothing. I tried different numbers on her Border Crossing Card but still no records found. Are I-94's available for people that only use border crossing cards walking or driving across the border?

You may be entering something incorrectly- when I got my wife's I-94, initially I couldn't find it. I finally discovered that her last, first and middle names were all conjoined and entered as her last name. For example- DOEMARYJANE.

Once I found the name problem (on her Cameroonian passport) I was able to retrieve her I-94.

Good luck!
