Part C is worded poorly, it leaves a lot of room for error. The majority of that section is all about the beneficiary, but then it asks a question that seems completely irrelevant to the whole petition--for the spouse visa. But I guess it's easier to just have one form for relatives in general.

Your right, they should have a different form for the Spouse's petition.

U are fight Mrs. Wild. This form has to be filled by the petioners and the questions are designed to be answered by the petioner. We as beneficiary, while helping our spouses to fill it...get confused.

If u see from a petitioners point, the info is about the petitioner's relative( beneficiary). The spouse of the beneficiary is petioner herself or himself.

Typos in stress

i messed up in part c of I 130. Also, since the beginning we faced the adress issue as we were relocating.

yes, an officer was assigned to chabged the address. That was step one on 15 th july.

today it says the response to your address change is sent with referrence no. Blah blah blah

y it doesnt say....ur address has been changed.period.

they should write the complete thing in at least the mycis account.

Hopefully they'll just skip over that and you won't get an RFE. But if you do get one, it shouldn't be too big of a delay since it's a small thing to fix.

Looks like there's no noa2 yet here, but for some beneficiary who is from Philippines got noa2 just for less than a month or exactly just one month...why?

Petitions from the Philippines were being expedited for a couple years because of the typhoons. But I think the expediting for the typhoons may be over now? I haven't seen as many Philippines cases being processed that fast lately. Now there may be a handful of cases from the Philippines being expedited due to a veteran's program they rolled out earlier this summer.

Are you talking about where you fill in your past residences on the G-325A? If so, then yes, you must include all addresses from the past five years. I had more addresses than could fit on the form so I added a blank sheet behind the G-325A form with the rest of the information, and then signed and dated that as well.

so what do you do if your email notification for the i-130 was received does not include a case number and your check was cashed?

i received the email on July 7th and have not received the i-797 in the mail. keep in mind i used my address abroad as my mailing address as i didnt know they dont accept addresses abroad. *why they dont mention that is beyond me.

any suggestions?
