Hello my PD is June 28th but my NOA1 is July 1st.

I didn't follow June filers topic but now i see many June filers didn't get NOA2

We called uscis many times, they said every case is different and workload is high

We've been waiting 237 days. Why should we do now? Just wait and see what happens?

WHICH SERVICE CENTER?

CALL AND ASK FOR TIER 2

Have you involved your senator/congressman?

If not, now would be the time. Your case is way out of time limit.

We have not and i don't think we will because of my nationality, i am afraid it will be useless or harmless

Which state are you going to immigrate to in US?

Anyway, the immigration ban was lifted by high Court and at least until it is suggested by courts otherwise, it will not matter. All the processes are proceeding ahead as usual. Don't worry. They can not just stop the immigrants (especially spouse of a US Citizen, unless the person immigrating is found to be linked to some outrageously nasty things). You shouldn't just not pursue a rightful option just out of fear.

I would suggest you to consider this option. It has the best chance of getting you an answer out of USCIS. All the best for whatever path you choose to pursue.

I'll move to Mississippi. I don't know if calling a congressman who agrees on a *** with my home country will help me. Thanks for your kind words

The last thing I did was to send letters CMRR to Donald Neufeld & Mark Hazuda. Letters were received a week before approval. Might be just a coincidence. Hopefully you get approved soon!!

Hi panda,

What's CMRR? Why did you decide to send them letters?

I contacted my senator as well as had a formal inquiry into my case with the uscis, and received a lame letter that my case is still been investigated and to wait 60 days.

I've already been transferred twice.

Should I bother contactING them? Or just wait for more than 270 days already.

Thx
