What date are you looking at? Service center?

At Texas Service Center for filing date May 31st there have been 250 approved, 59 RFE, and there are about 200 files left to be processed. Texas seems to be working on May files right now. I've only paid attention to my filing date though.

Hi! I'm new to this although I'm also a june2016 filer. What app are you using? Android or Iphone? And also, wthat does RFE stand for? I'm clueless!

To the ones left waiting...

Do any of you have any obvious Red Flags? We have an age difference and I have gone through immigration before. (Me being the American Citizen)

Those of us still waiting are apparently in the majority - running a query on the USCIS iphone app for 2000 records on or around my PD (June 6th) and more than half have not been adjudicated yet.

My congressional liaison told me that an officer had recently been assigned to my case, so perhaps they're finally working through the backlog.

PD June 9 Nebraska I-130

Nov. 4 Approval

Nov 28 sent to Dept. of State

Dec. 10 received Welcome Letter via email with case and invoice numbers

Dec 11 choose agent.

Was surprised to recieve the welcome letter/case number/IV cover sheet via email. Imagine hard copies coming, but this helps speed things up at least a little.

No obvious red flags, here. Well-documented 7-year relationship. Like phillamb168 said, the it seems a majority of people are still waiting.
