I just checked nearby 30 cases [my PD 06/10], more than 22 cases have received updates within last week and most of them are approved.. No updates for our case yet. This is so frustrating. :ranting: .

I sincerely don't know how they are processing cases. The cases just after and before our case are updated. :protest:

arrived with tourist Visa 3/1986, grandmother submitted unmarried daughter petition for my mom.

left to Peru for consulate appt 9/1988 DENIED at Interview :( bc consulate believe my mom was married :(

EWI 3/1990

VD 2/2000, parent's asylum case denied given Volunteer Departure.

Married my USC husband 9/2004

Daughter born 4/2006

filed i130 11/3/2016

how did you check other cases?

The application numbers are given sequentially. All you have to do is play around with the serial numbers and it will show you the current status of other applications.

06/12/17 -- Biometric (OFC) Appointment

06/13/17 -- Interview [7:30 AM at Mumbai, India]. Visa Approved

Oh ok, sounds time consuming, but good to know :)

There's also an app for this. You don't need to do it manually. But it only allows you to check about 150-200 cases a day on app and then it blocks the IP for some days. So I use app for checking around 100 cases and then if I have some free time on my hand, do it manually.

Excuse me? Did I miss an obligatory orientation, or are you just assuming that everyone knows everything? There are five or six apps available on the iTunes app store, I have downloaded one of them. I wasn't aware that there was some sort of interdiction on questions based on time spent on a forum.

I apologize if it came out as disrespectful. That was not my intention. I also did not know about the app in the beginning, but I came across it while on this forum. It was probably discussed in this topic as well I believe.

I was just surprised that you hadn't come across this topic yet. Well...On most apps there is an option to search nearby cases [up to 100 at a time]. There was no snarky comment from my side.

It looks like there are nearly 2,000 records for my PD (6 June) - not all of them are I-130s of course. I did a search, filtered by I-130, on that date: 175 approved, 23 rejected, 51 RFE, 518 "other".
