Hey all!

Got a notification that my application was transferred. Will have to wait for the mail to know where to.

Does that mean we're gonna have to wait for another period until the application is reviewed according to the new center timing? Anybody knows?

Please please God make it otherwise.

Goodluck all!

I think we'll have to wait a bit, but for something like weeks and not months.

Emaiul, sms and myUscis status does not contain the details of new service center. That details will be provided via mail. No idea about time.

Here's to hoping they transfer all the cases and not just cherry pick. My PD 06/10. I hope I get some results too.

pd june 10 people getting transferred....hope we hear about your case as well. My pd is june 21st... praying each day :clock:

I agree with you. I do the same but may be I go too far......1000 cases approx before and after me... all show entry of 21st June.....All these cases are not I-130 though. I wonder, my gosh how many cases did they receive on 21st June?? I am not able to reach the previous or next date and then it gives me error for many attempts. few cases are approved before mine...so even for 21st June date they have a long list...many approved after my receipt number though :protest:

As a result of this research, the next day my IP address gets blocked for a while for all USCIS app and mycis account. So my data review remains incomplete ;) . It happened few times but regardless of that I keep checking, can't help it.

USCIS says we are in the queue to be reviewed but they are so many cases picked up out of turn....then there are stories of cases distributed in bunches to different teams and some finish it faster and some slower :huh2:

Yp hope we all get some news ....5 month's time frame is the only motivation :clock:

hello all,

we sent our I-130 for CR1 On June 1, 2016 and we got NOA1 June 7,2016. it was on Nebraska Service Center.

October 20 our case transferred to Texas and we received the hardcopy of the second I-797 on October 24.

But the status of our case on USCIS website doesnt change into "received" yet.. it is still "transferred"

anybody got the same thing?

BTW : good luck for all of us.. amen
