We filed in july. Received noa1 on july 11th. We just recieved a notification that we were approved on August 19th! Isnt that considered pretty quick? How long until i recieve the instructions in the mail?

Wow! Congratulations! That's a month only. My husband and I are on our 83rd since we submitted our papers and no approval yet.

Are you with Texas center?

Hope to get my approval soon. my PD is June 10 with Potomac service center. I was told on July 26 that my case was already assigned to an officer so I was hoping I would have heard back by now... nerve wracking :( Hope all the good luck here will rub off on me

85 days and counting.........trying to be patient

Does anyone know if the apps let you know when you have been "touched"?

3/10/17......Case transferred to NVC (received text, email and alerts on app)

3/21/17......Case received by NVC (can take another 2 weeks to scan into the system)
3/27/17......CRO2017583004 case number given over the phone / 41082348 invoice id number
3/28/17.....NOA2 hard copy received
3/28/17......I am the Registered Agent
3/29/17......NVC Welcome Letter (ACL)
3/30/17.....OAS FEE PAID $125.00
4/1/17........IV FEE PAID $ 325.00
4/5/17........Nagy send me all documents from Egypt
4/10/17.....Received Nagy's DHL Shipment
4/9/17........Submitted DS-260
4/15/17......Mailed ALL supporting documents & Affidavit of Support to NVC

I got my NOA2 in the mail today. My case was approved on August 31. My online status still says case received. My PD is June 10. Good luck to everyone still waiting for approval

Which service center? Sounds like if they're not updating the website then I need to get them my new address.

Called the hotline this morning to update my address, got bumped to tier two, and after changing the address asked about the status of my case. The lady told me that it was last touched on the 8th of September, after having not been touched since June, so I'm hopeful it'll be getting an NOA2 soon. She also said that the website status is not necessarily always updated :ranting: But at least I know that somebody is putting eyes on it!!!

Nebraska changed their processing time from 5 months to now serving March 2, 2016. What the hell?

Just found out my NOA2 approved Oct 25, 2013 is still good. Was automatically extended by the embassy until one year of the last date of notification which is Dec 3, 2013. It's a race now.
