June 2016 I-130 filers

got it. receipt number no case number yet and im hoping to receive my NOA1 in the mail with my new address.

i have a samsung android phone. the app i installed has a small american flag shaped like a medallion or badge as the icon. im hoping its the proper app. i cannot find where to look for pending receipts based on number. is that possible as other members are tracking notifications and approval via the app. thoughts?

What date are you looking at? Service center?

At Texas Service Center for filing date May 31st there have been 250 approved, 59 RFE, and there are about 200 files left to be processed. Texas seems to be working on May files right now. I've only paid attention to my filing date though.

I'm wondering if you can tell me where you found this info on the app... I haven't been able to find any numbers like this as I've been exploring it.

they gave us a case number may 31. Does anyone else check the site daily? at the top of the page it says processing 5/31 but im like are you processing my app for my husband????

The USCIS processing times chart says most of the service centers are processing within 5 months. Some people on VJ at Nebraska had their petitions processed after the 5 month mark. It's hard to be patient, but it's only been 1-2mo for June filers.

Do you have the iPhone or Android app? I think they're different. I have two different android apps that function completely different from one another.

On the one I use most, I have the option of typing in a case number and then looking at 100 of the "nearby" cases. So I just played around with it for a few days until I found the beginning/end of my filing date (May 31), so once I found cases that were filed the business day before (May 28) and after (June 1), I had found all the I-130s filed on May 31. At Texas Service Center it looks like there were about 510 filed May 31.

I file at 06/10/2016 so fate no answer I call and they tell me my file not in system and I have to send email to LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov and they not answer on email what should I do send new file ?

Then unfortunately your package wasn't delivered to uscis. Did you put a tracking number on it?

yes and it say it delivered and I didn't get the package back

Oh my, maybe it got misplaced somehow. It doesn't take them this long to cash the check.

Almost 2 months and it's not cashed. I would refile another petition and cancel that other check just in case the package somehow show up and they try to cash it or you can wait until they respond to your email. In my opinion they will probably take months to even reply that's if they do.

Ah, thank you so much, that's very helpful! I've got an Android phone and the USCIS app I downloaded is by Spinach Mobile LLC.
