I have small doubt folks please don't mind if I am bugging out coz I have not updated address since i last got gc and now I have filed waiver but in the meantime I have not changed the address using ar 11 online system but in the application I am using current address. where will they send notice of extension. Anybody has similar experience which address they send the notice of extension. The one on the 751 form or the one in online ar 11 system. ANybody has similar experience?

You will receive it at the new address but I believe you should go ahead and submit the AR-11 online. People have reported having some mails being sent to the old address sometimes. So just to be certain, I would recommend you submit the AR-11.

hi. I had totally forgot that we would have to update our address once we moved so neither of us submitted such forms but on the ROC we gave the current address and checked yes to question 21(or22) and filled page 11 with the previous address. We received the NOA to the current address stated on the ROC.

So you would get it at the address you list on the ROC form.

That is true. It is however recommend to still submit the AR-11 as there have been reports of some mails going to the old address. It's rare but happens. Submitting the AR-11 clears this up.

oh and just a side note. on the NOA it says the receipt time is 21:41

It was actually delivered around noon but I guess it got its first review at that hour.

I mean if that is really the time they looked at it, wow they work late

and we complain about them being slow and everything :/

Maybe its just VT personnel but God Bless them if they are working those late hours.

so we won't be getting our lease til Monday. Ugh. we were hoping to send out our package by today. as for bank statements, do i need to go to the bank and get some kind of bank certification/deposit form to confirm our account? or the bank statements (from their online portal) alone should be enough proof? sorry, i am just double checking everything.

The bank statements of the joint account from their online portal is enough. Make sure you include statements from every month from marriage till today.

hello everyone,

US entry date was 09/19/14. going to send ours on the 23rd, just to be safe. (I had gone to a uscis roc seminar, at the local library, and the rep said, be sure not to send ur packet too early, bc even if the post mark is too early, they will take your money and send you a rejection letter.)

for the roc packet, does anyone have a sample of the coverletter? I feel so clueless when i start to read everything and try to compile it, i get so flustered. I just feel like I am forgetting something......

On the form, where it says you need the ellis number, I cannot access the account to get it. is it an issue if we file the application without it and just the A number?

for the evidence, we have the following, do you think it will be enough:

1. medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits connected on my, (wife, u.s. citizen) employer's provided insurance. It was to much money to add me to my husband's insurance. But i am his beneficiary for his employer's provided insurance.

2. Savings account information, (we do not have a shared checking account.

3. 2013 (amended return transcript, from when after husband came, he needed a ssn to claim him and get the money back), 2014 & 2015 irs fed transcripts.

4. Car insurance, husband is on the car insurance and we are both registered owners of the vehicle he drives, (I am the only one on the loan though)

Only my name is on all of the utilities.

I do not want to ask my landlord to add my husband to the lease but i really dont want to be locked into another long lease. Our lease expired and we are month to month now.

we have only one baby shower event where we took pics together.

I feel like it is not enough.

i-751 divorce waiver package sent to VSC on June 9, received on June 10, NOA on June 14, Check cashed June 16, NOA in mail June 18(today).

I haven't gotten yet the NOA. Submitted mine 6.10. They cashed the check 6.16. Today is already 18. How about you guys? Do you think is that normal?
