I filled i751 as waiver. Because I and my husband stayed together only for 6 months so that's the reason I have not that much evidence to prove bonafied marriage.

I send them... marriage certificate, joint bank statement for 3 months, photographs of marriage, photo together we traveled, insurance policy copies, affidavits from family and relatives who attended our wedding, police report, and medical report where my husband name is there..

but now they ask for-

joint utility bills

police affidavits

credit statements

lease statement

3rd person affidavit who know I called police

and many more..

i don't have any from these so stressed wat to do..

i have appointment with my lawyer so she will suggest something

First up, just take a breath. Sorry if my first post alarmed you. I just wanted you to be aware of the fact that USCIS is not your friend. They only assume fraudulent intent and it is your job to prove to them otherwise. Hence why so much emphasis is put on you to prove a good faith marriage.

So be calm, and take time to assemble all the evidence you can to show a marriage in good faith, and don't be shy about sharing anything you may think insignificant. Any small evidence could make a difference. Take advice from your lawyer, and I wish you good luck.

Many congrats Kris-Sy! Gives us June filers hope that USCIS are still going through our files........ one by one.

had me wondering - do any of our members here know any statistics - do the government publish any stats as to how many people file I751 per month or per year? Are these numbers freely available or do the federal government not publish them? Just curious as to how many of us are going through this at any one time.....

You have nothing to worry you are 80% approved. Send them the evidence of proof you sent last year and add new proof of documents you gathered since June of last year when you filed your petition. In some cases they lose the applicants papers or they just want to verify you are still married. I am pretty sure if you send them all of these in a week by June you will get your approval letter and hopefully green card. The evidence you submitted at first place is more then enough. They are just verifying your case. You have absolutely nothing to worry. Good luck

Hi everyone, I just spoke with my lawyer regarding my RFE as I told her I don't have any document that USCIS has asked  so she said we will make an affidavit explaining them..  At last she said we will try our best to get green card but chances are 50-50. This make me cry 😭 so stressed... Need blessings

50/50? What kind of evidence can't you produce?
