It shouldn't affect your I-751, don't worry. But still have your spouse fill the I-865 form. Although I've never heard of USCIS actually enforce them so far, there are penalties involved for failing to notify the change of address. Best to be safe.

Ok we'll fill it out and mail it in the next couple of days. I'm assuming there isn't an online version like for the non-citizens change of address?

Did anyone experience a weird tracking route with their ROC package?

I sent mine USPS Priority in a large flat-rate box from Northern Alabama on Monday, where it then went to Birmingham, AL, departed from Birmingham AL, arrived at Montgomery, AL departed Montgomery AL, and then arrived back at Birmingham AL just now?

I'm very confused to why it went so far down south to begin with when it's suppose to go to Vermont... and it says it's schedule to arrive tomorrow, but I really don't see that happening? Kind of worried.

Very Normal with USPS. It's just how their routes work especially when they transfer from a local office to an origin facility and then to a destination facility. An origin facility may be in a different location from the local office but they may bring it back to a facility around the source if that's where the sorting takes place. Rest assured, it will be delivered by tomorrow as they say. (Source: Friend who works with the USPS).

Thank you for the clarity.

When it went to Montgomery, I assumed it had to do where their main sorting facility might be, as I've had packages sent to me that went to Montgomery, then Birmingham, then here. But I thought it was odd that it would go back to the facility it just came from, have never seen that before and I use USPS pretty regularly.

Yeah USPS tracking can be weird sometimes. It actually happened to me as well. I have copied and pasted mine to give you an idea.

Phew! Well, I'm just hoping they get it before the weekend ideally, so I can see that it was accepted etc. But hopefully it does arrive tomorrow.

My earliest filling date was 06/06/2016. I mailed my package today,6/07/2016. I'm stressed, I checked everything multiple times but I'm nervous that I made a mistake or forgot about something.

Sent ours off May 4 - left out a page of the application & forgot a signature. Received request for correction on May 14 and sent everything back again overnight mail. Got confirmation letter about 10 days later. Now waiting for Biometric appointment.

They let you know pretty fast if you have forgotten anything.

Got my NOA today! So.. I sent my ROC on 6/7, VSC received it on 6/8, NOA dated 6/9. The check I sent was cashed today.

I am so happy I received NOA since my CGC expires on Friday... Now I can go to DMV :)

Wow that was quick.

My packet delivered today! I will go to the DMV as soon as I get the notice next week or the week after. My license expires next month but I'd rather take care of it as soon as possible.

My packet delivered today! Signed for by someone name L Zuchowski.

Also, on a side note, I was looking through my email for the online AR-11 submission confirmation from last year... the confirmation email has the apartment number of where we live now but the PDF file does not. Is that okay? Will I get the I-751 correspondence to the right address? The I-751 form also had a place where we filled our mailing address.

Does USPS deliver USCIS mail just in case USCIS forgets the apartment number?

Now my package just got sent back to the post office that I sent it out from... trying not to worry still but now it's DEFINITELY not going to get to Vermont today, the schedule delivery date. Are they trying to send it back to me? Did they send it in the wrong direction the first time?
